MAHUT is a solid play later vs Hewitt

Hewitt notched a solid win over Isner but he's not going to handle Mahut today. Don't forget, Mahut has been the hottest player on grass this season next to Murray. He won a title at Hertogenbosch just a few weeks ago and I believe he'll win another today title today. Mahut has a very solid service game. Not as much pace like Isner's but extremely effective. The extra dimension Mahut adds is the ability to stay in a rally unlike Isner. I had a play on Hewitt today and I feel very fortunate. His service game was terrible today. He couldnt get a first serve in to save his life and had double faults galore. He was lucky that Isner's return game was terrible as usual. With the doubleheader match and fatigue, I can only see that service game getting worse for Hewitt.

Books got the line right with the Isner/Hewitt match. However, I think because they had to come up with a quickie line for this match, they are totally off on this one. Excellent value and getting Mahut at a pick em is a steal imo.

That's a decent bet because if Mahut wins the title, he'll be mentally spent. He'll probably won't give 100% into the doubles match. However, I've never seen Demoliner/Sa play doubles. Good luck though.

Hard to tell on the total. Personally I think Mahut might straight set Hewitt but the aussie does have that scrappy spirit so a three setter isn't out of the question.

Whether Mahut is a good bet or not depends entirely on the odds. @ 1.8 or higher I would agree.

Also, if you care to learn something from me, the bookies were off on opening lines yes (as they are a lot of the time), but they more or less instantly adjust this by adapting to money flow and it has minimal effect on them, as they always do. The line you bet on (evens or lower) was already significantly lower than opening lines. That line had nothing to do with the match being on such short notice.
