well serena hasnt played her match yet, so asking for lisicki odds is a bit premature.

furthermore, there is a big difference between taking lisicki to win and taking lisicki to be competitive, keep it close, outperform expectations, etc. you should wait for the props to come out and look for some +games, +sets, or over games if you really like lisicki. hard to see serena losing to anyone on a faster surface, though lisicki is definitely at home on grass.


i would guess lisicki could be around +500, which to me isnt a great price. i think she could beat serena on grass maybe 1 out of 15 times, rather than 1 out of 5.

for me, good value on lisicki as well.. if they meet 10x, lisicki will win one of them. saying that, shouldnt lisicki be more than +200 if she somehow wins against Serena? SHe might have to defeat Robson, Li Na and Kvitova even if she wins tomorrow.

If you want to bet Lisicki bet her to win the whole thing at much better odds (you can always hedge later if needed). I don't think she will beat Serena, but I would take her +7 or maybe even +6.5 with no hesitation. Think about it: if she beats Serena, she only needs to beat a few of the following: Radwanska, Kvitova, Bartoli, Vinci, Li...
