Is this too good to pass up considering his form?
Sure Haas is in good form, and playing in his home country......but Gulbis game has been fantastic as of late.

Gulbis is not good on grass.

I see his lifetime record (6-11) but two swings make me push this to the back:

- He has never performed at the level he is currently. Last event on grass he was insignificant. Until this year, he was never a great clay player either.
- He has lost to some pretty big names on grass, effecting his record. Two losses to Murray, one loss to Nadal, one loss to Baghdatis, one loss to Canas (ranked 3 at the time years back)

He wasn't overly impressive vs. Baghdatis in Round 1 to me.

I took the over. I wanna root for both players, and they went 3 sets last match on clay. Seems like everyone on earth is on Haas here and I can see why, but gulbis can take this if he pulls his head out his ass most of the match. Pinny is offering the match live so I didn't bother backing gulbis until I watched him. He is amazing one point, a head case the next. I'll just sit with my over for now. GL guys

Gulbis has played like a donkey and made an incredible amount of early errors, but sits at 3-3 in the 1st set.
Should be interesting.
