    tennis betting rules @ betcrib
    Their tennis betting rules are as below.

    1. Two full sets must be completed for bets to stand. Less than 2 sets completed - all bets will be considered void;

    4. Sets Betting: If a tennis match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all Set bets will be considered void. Such bets will be cancelled and the money refunded;

    My bets are 3-0 correct score bets on Frence Open Men. A player on the match retired during 4th set. But the bets stood and lost. Is this not against their rules ?

    I would (simply from looking at your post) say you're definitely right. However, a 3-0 bet may be considered to have reached its natural conclusion (lost in this case) the moment the match enters 4:th.

        Hi Hardcoar,

        Thank you for your reply.

        Their rules are same with BetRedKings etc. Fortunately their rules don't say like a following bwin's rule in both General and Tennis Rules.

        All other bets that are determined (i.e. the outcome is already decided) at the time a player retires are valid and will be settled accordingly.

        So any set bets should be voided as per the 4th T&Cs. I claimed my money back citing the 4th T&Cs by email. They replied as below 2 days later.

        You are betting on the (Correct Score, Full Event) this means the following rule applies.
        1. Two full sets must be completed for bets to stand. Less than 2 sets completed - all bets will be considered void;
        the other rule that you mention applies to set bets only.

        Then I asked as follows 4 days ago.

        Is Correct Score not set bets ? Then what is set bets if so ?

        There is still no reply. My bet is
        (Correct Score, Full Event). They claim (Correct Score, Full Event) is not set bets, therfore the 4th T&Cs doesn't apply. But according to their rules, the bets should be voided.

        Do you think it's worth contacting the LGA ?
