Opinions? I would take Haas despite the recent H2H loss if this were a best of 3 but I'm hesitant with the possibility of this going the distance and his recent battle with Isner.

#3haas wont play until monday, so i dont think fatigue from the isner match will be an issue. but haas did retire from his previous tournament. both of these guys have quality clay wins this year, very hard match to call.
what book has set overs, as opposed to game overs?Comment -

#4Haas had a virus effecting him in that tournament, had nothing to do with his actual match fitness when he's 100%.Comment -

#5Jiminy cricket, there's an idea! I usually don't bet O/U so didn't cross my mind. Line is pretty low though of course.Originally posted by PinocchioThen why not take over 3.5 sets?
I know Paddy Power does. Yes to me the main thing is fatigue factor for the old man but maybe it won't be an issue! There's always individual set betting with the juice too. Not too worried about the retirement from the previous tournament seeing as he's won three matches @RG. #7thats right, i remember that report from another post on this forum. so, hes still sick.
honestly i think both these guys have overachieved on clay this year. i saw a few minutes of haas/isner and the only time haas was winning points cleanly was when isner was making poor net approaches. obviously youzhny is a different opponent, but i didnt think haas looked that great.
on this board, when its a tossup, everyone just picks the better line, so i expect people to pick haas. but i think this may be a match to avoid.Comment
