Serena Vs Li Na

I know history and it looks bad for li na, but she has been playing some of the best tennis of her life recently. Anybody think she turns it around tomorrow?

Only if Serena plays like she did yesterday . I saw her post match interview and she said her level of play was like a -17. What a slap in the face to Cibulkova! I bet the champ brings the fire today, and she has to. Li Na is no slouch of course and it looks like the rust is wearing off and she had a nice test against Mug in the first set (although blew a 5-1 lead, and then a 5-1 lead in the tie break to 6-5!). Some pretty fast rallies going on. They've only played once since 2012 what's interesting though is that in all their matches Serena has only won by more than 5 games once and that was the first time they played in '06! You would expect it to be tight tomorrow right? Just some thoughts. Crazier things have happened and last her Woz beat her. It's Serena in straights for me. BOL

li na also played pretty bad yesterday. was up lik 5-1 in first set and went to tie break which she was leading like 6-1 and ended up taking it 8-6. so i would take serena cos of her power, li na also had alot of unforced errors.

Will its diff story,mybe last game she play like shit in the 1st set alot of UE but whene she wake up she beat Ciblko quik.

agree with hardcoar, she has slower start and starts playing only when she sees the match is going down the drain...
will not bet this match...it seems like a home crowd makes serena nervous, she totally did not look like being in form lately...li na is not a trademark of consistency so I will pass this match.

Did ya'll notice in the Sarena match yesterday in the second set???????!!!!!!!!!!!!

The score was 6-4 and ALL fukking 10 games were won by BREAKS of serve! I have NEVER seen a set, even in the crappy womens tennis, where the ENTIRE set was won by all breaking of serve. I just saw the stats for that match and TEN breaks of serve in the second set. WHAT THE F????!!! That is HORRIBLE!!! So how one earth, can anyone take any womens tennis line, when even Sarena can't hold serve for an ENTIRE set????!!

I usually don't play the WTA, but after seeing THAT, Uh, not me anymore. The WTA is like putting a gun to your head. Good luck on this one, get a coin........ LOL@@@!!!

correct me if im wrong.. but how come the score of a set is 6-4 if no one can hold serve? Isn't the set supposed to be 5-5 after 10 games if no one can hold serve? (PS. i could not be bothered to watch the match statistics between those 2 )

She did. She was fantastic. People are just upset about their @ 1.01 shitty favorite odds and want to bash on Serena who didn't really play that poorly IMO.
