I watched the Halep match. She was completely dominated. I have never seen Lucic-Baroni but I have no idea how she has such a poor record. I just looked at her results and saw her losing to just about everybody so no way she could beat Halep right? I feel like an idiot for putting Halep in my chalk parlay. Absolutely no more WTA favs ever.

Lucic Baroni was in terrible form in the last couple of years, never mind the last few months. How she progressed so far, it's beyond belief. She was not great vs Shahar Peer either. every dog has its day I suppose

I've bet on Lucic-Baroni in the first but never thought it'd hold. this is fast becoming the most shocking tournament in the last decade or so

Rule #17: If underdog is trailing favorite's service game and makes it to the tiebreak, she wins the tiebreak

Sounds like Ferengi "Rules of Acquisition" but almost always holds. (e.g. Errani-Williams)

That's another rule: underdog winning the 2nd set tie break immediately gets broken in the third.

It's amazing how these rules apply to almost all ITF women and WTA tennis games.
