Because it's to be played on the same court "immediately" following this match. It's standard practice in tournament direction as far as I know. You could name all sorts of reasons I'm sure (public availability in terms of later time slots during weekdays or simultaneous play, or stadium capacity – one court is generally significantly larger than the others – for instance), but in the end the answer is simple: The market is simply too big to split high profile matches such as this onto different courts.

In other words, there's too much money involved.

As always, follow the money. In my mind every single reason you can come up with can be traced into profitability somehow.

Murray played in the first like he'd take a set, he couldn't. He vaporised my 50$
Tsonga currently plays like he'd lose in straight sets. Perhaps he takes the second.
Losing the first set 6-1 or so might be a wake up call for Tsonga, some relief and distraction for Wawrinka.
Just put 40$ on over 2.5 sets.
