I know you like Isner 2-1 in his every hard court game, I think better to do this in US soil, as he finds a way to win but not too dominating to sweep.

Here, Karlovic also serves very well. Even Nishi played a tiebreak with Karlo in the 2nd set before 7-0, I would go close to @1.25 for a yes tiebreak, thinking about one or one and a half grand on this bet @1.285. If I can find something which I trust as much as this play I may parlay, if not will play single
