#7I used to bet on soccer, too...but...man that is a bucket of sh*t. You go under and there is a penalty in 95th minute taking the game over (this happened to me THREE TIMES during like 3 month period).
Tennis works better for me.Comment -

#8I have no idea what so ever whether it's the safest betting prospect or not, but it's certainly not safe in any sense of the word. It's very unpredictible, generally speaking.Comment -

#9Highly volatile, not for the weak hearted, but the reason why I and some others do well is because there is no other sport where situational betting can reap massive returns. I can go 10-20 on picks and still be profitable. Not many sports (baseball perhaps a close second with reverse run lines and selling runs) can generate the profits that good tennis capping can.Comment -

#11What I do is avoid WTA as much as I can and only bet on the top men when I know they are going to give full effort... injury is rare. This means I only focus on the majors and that's about it. I wanted to go with Nadal today but I just decided to not play it and avoided the women too.Comment -

#12Love playing but I don't bet tennis. I can't see this as the safest at ALL. He11, I don't even know how one could even begin to handicap it.Comment -

#14I think Tennis is the safest sport to bet on it because No Draw available specially If you know the injures of the players and their status always so that you can pick always the winner . for example : I was %100 know that Victoria Azarenka will beat Serena Williams because I saw the both players and knew that Azarenka was better and advised all my friends to pick her although her odds were 3 or more in sportbooks .Comment -

#15Yes. This is why every person who makes 1000+ tennis bets per year is a billionaire.
Soccer has three way betting which sucks. But at least if one player is having an off day there's a whole team - or even just the keeper - to still give them a chance of winning. In tennis if your player is awful on the day or just doesn't want to be there your money is sunk. So many people show up in the Tennis Forum during Slams to bet on big name players - because they never lose haha - and then if they win their -900 bet they try to do the same in regular tourneys. Heaven forbid they win 2 bets... that's when we get the season long guaranteed money threads that last around 3 weeks. A bit longer if they come up with great excuses. There's a reason people lose their asses and then disappear not so gracefully.Comment -

#20Did you post on these forums you were 100 % certain Azarenka would beat Serena?
Let's bet less on favorites @ shitty odds and problem should be solved. If he could not lose, a bet on him wouldn't give any return now would it?
Indeed though, tennis is not safe. Whether it is less so than other sports I wouldn't know...Comment -

#21many think that baseball and basketball are the "safest"!!!...Not sure about that....for me its tennis even if sometimes im comptely wrong on some "sure" matches!!!....but i think its the same for every sports......the deal would be to see for example guys betting for example 1000-10 000 matches on differents sports and see who do the best....i dont know if some experiences were made like that and what was the result!!!Comment -

#24100% agree with that!!!!....especially in matches selections...really have to look at all the matches in details to chose the best ones and do that every 2-3 hours because of course of the new matches coming.....also not "fall in love" with one player!!!in my case its Christina Mchale. i like this player a lot and i always think she can beat the best and make big upset which is not the case!!!lool...also not bet more than 5 units in one match!!! not as i did yesterday betting 15 units on one "sure" match at (1.50) and LOSE!!!
Gasqa last night was sure lol(i dont bet on this this only ex' lol)
And you Def' right with "fall in love" tehoryComment -

#26im not sure about the 1 unit theory!!!! maybe 2-3 ok.....on a (1.25) to (1.50) match i think 2-3 units ok....but definitly not more than 5 units anymore....3 units max is good and i will stick to that in the future for sure!!!Comment -

#27I think it is better to forget yesterday and go on ... What about betting with 1 Unit on the events that the odds are bigger than 1.30 since events are many and if you collected $10 : $50 per single bet , that would be amazing in my opinion ..... Also If you lost , that is not big amount for you .. But for me as newbie better , Iam betting with $10 Min and Max at same time LOL
take 3$-5$ in one day every day you will need 1 year to make a 1k profit...and all this if you dont lose,if you lose one bet you go back 2-4 days back...
so if you want to profit some thing you must to diversify yyour bets + bigger stakes..
but good luck pal in your way.Comment -

#28i agree with that...if one goal is to win $1000 a year($85/month) and if you are a smoker, its safer to smoke less and you will get those $1000 over a year with less stress and less work!!!Comment
