Live bets open parlays

Hey guys, is there any book offering open parlays for tennis (or other sport, wth) for in-game betting?

You can do it with 5dimes but they only have live betting in some grand slam matches and others that are on espn.

I don't know of any that offer open parlays for live betting. Heritage has open parlays, but their tennis options aren't that great. They don't have many matches and usually they give ml and set lines, instead of totals or handicap. Betonline on the other hand has good tennis option and live betting, but they don't offer open parlays.
