Future price was -112 @ 5Dimes right before the matches started yesterday. +110 today. I put some down on her at -118 for SBR points and was waiting for the time to invest the cash portion on her future. Seems like today is a very good day.

a shade more than 22 cents because she's also won her first round match, although she was of course a heavy fave

what was djokovic's pre-tourney price? He's down to -102 now, which seems rather expensive.

True point yisman. I think he was +105 last I had seen pre-tournament.

+110 what a fkin gift. Her odds havent changed at all with euro books shes -110. She can win this on one leg, shes in the form of her life. And shes a drama queen the ankle is prob fine.

So were u born a retard or did u become one midway through life ??

Either you didn't see the match and what happened to her, or you are a retard as mentioned above.

A drama queen wouldn't take <10min break after rolling her ankle like that, and then go on to bagel her opponent...and not to mention that in her post-match interview, she was anything but a drama queen and gave it straight as it is, without any b/s.

          Think before you speak.

I dunno. Swollen and painful ankle that was already injured. And still 6 matches to win.

yeah I'm worried as well. I tailed the +110 bet but I don't really like it.

Never a fan of taking one player vs. the field, especially when there's an injury.

There's still not a ton of worry on my part about this. A day off in between matches and if you look at her draw the next two rounds, she could realistically win in a wheel chair. As always, part of taking someone to win the tournament with a futures prices is knowing when to hedge - so the risk is still the same to me as it was when you took this at the beginning. If you're that worried about the ankle, you can always throw a couple bucks on her opponent next round to cover some without really diminishing your original investment too much.

If this happened later in the tourney where she was playing better players, I might be prone to avoid ... but at this stage no worries. Reminds me a lot of Clijsters ankle injury last year except that was later in the tournament and she looked legit struggling and yet despite that, still be Na Li I believe.
