But I think the 25 seconds is too little time for some players. A lot of them seem to be hurrying their serves noticeably.

Yeah. I mean they needed to do something because some of these guys go to the towel after every point regardless of whether they are actually sweating or need it. I expect they will adapt as the season wears on.
