Newbie question about tennis betting

I have a question about a tennis bet I placed. I have a bet on "Kamke under 19 points". My question is does 5Dimes count a tiebreaker as a game in terms of points? I couldn't find it on 5Dimes website. Kamke lost the first set and only won 3 games, so only has 3 points. Mathematically if tiebreakers don't count, Kamke could win the next two sets 7 to 6 and win both tiebreakers and still only have a total of 17 points. So does 5Dimes count a tiebreaker as a point?

I'm guessing your bet is for Match Games for both players.

To hit Under 19 you need Ferrer to win this set 6-3 or better.

And tiebreakers count as 1 game.
