Hey mate what a frustrating day of tennis capping yesterday! Like of course getting your money back is better than losing but still, a whole day spent just to get back what you put in. I'm not an expert in the super rugby and ITM cup but I'll definitely be capping the NRL/AFL and possibly international rugby.

Berdych vs Djokovic

Don't be put off by Djokovic's 5 setter 2 days ago. He's number 1 for a reason, and that was possibly the best I've ever seen Stan play in his whole career. Now he faces up against 5th seed in Berdych. I really expect that 5 setter to pump him up and I like him to win against the czech who has had a really good tournament thus far. Berdych has been playing too well in my opinion to be rolled in straight sets. After his last match, I don't see this match going 5 sets. But I think Berdych takes a set off the joker as the Joker does it tough early but eventually prevails in an exciting 4 set match. I see a similar match as last year's quarter final exit for Berdych against Nadal, a match that Berdych lost 7-6 6-7 4-6 3-6.

Australian Open Day 10

Murray vs Chardy

Here we have a player that has breezed through the tournament with 4 straight setters round 1 through to 4 in Murray against a player that is continually eliminating seed by seed in Granollers, Del Potro (the big one) and Seppi in Chardy. Murray has literally been spending the aussie open UNDER the radar with no night matches and doing nothing too spectacular in dismantling his opponents. Chardy has had argurably a bigger tournament and the biggest scalp he took out was Del Potro. He led 2 sets to zip then lost the next two and regained his composure to win it in the 5th. Chardy has spent 12 hours on court whereas Murray has only had 7 hours of court time. Now we all know Chardy is a "Jekyll & Hyde" player. On his good days, he can beat anybody. On his bad days however, he'll lose to anybody. But given the consecutive good matches we're getting from, I believe he'll continue this good form into the quarters. Murray leads the h2h 4-1 but lost the most recent encounter on hard court in straight sets 6-4 6-4. I think Murray takes the match, this is just too big of a stage to think Murray loses it especially against a player who is not as accustomed to the big stage. Chardy made it clear he's "got nothing to lose" so I think he'll play more freely knowing that no one's expecting him to win but I just can't see Chardy being able to beat two top 10 players in one tournament. I think Chardy takes a set from Murray, but in the end goes down in 4 sets in what should be a very high quality match.

Over 41.5 requires a few 7-5 sets if its 4 sets or a 5 setter. I personally think it's a 3/4 setter so taking my chances with the under. For those looking for a winner, I think Murray takes it in 4 but wouldn't be surprised if fed wins in 4. Murray yet to beat fed in grand slam tennis.
