Fed in Straights or U21?

Which do you guys like better? Fed has plenty of rest after skipping out on Paris, and tipsy isn't 100%. I really feel that fed will win in straights, but don't want to eat the extra juice. The under should hit if he wins in straights, right? Or is the -4.5 the safer option here? Thanks for the input and advice!
