Strong play on NISHIKORI over MONACO tonight

A bit of late money is coming in on Monaco but I'm not convinced. Let those squares that like taking "higher ranked" players drive this line down. I'm taking Nishi all the way on this one. Monaco had a decent run on hardcourts back in March but since then, he's only notched 1 win on hard during the last 6 months and that was against mediocre Pospisil.

I expect the asian crowd to give Nishi even more motivation to win this tourney. If this was clay, I would take Monaco all the way but given the surface and getting Nishi at almost a pick......fantastic value in my opinion.

^^^^^^^Not for me, I'm gonna let you guys drive this line down a bit before I unload on Nishi. Monaco is better matched up against a player like Raonic on this slower hardcourt. A big server without much of a groundstroke. However against another baseliner that can match him shot for shot, Monaco struggles. On this surface, Nishi's gonna have all day to pound those baseline winners(his favorite shot). Monaco doesnt have that one explosive stroke, he's going to play on the defensive all day long.

That wont last long on this surface.

uh what? Line has pretty much stayed within 20c of the opening line all day.. The line opened up at -125/+115 and it is currently -133/+123.... not to mention that it was -120/+110 just 3 hours ago....

Im on Kie as well..... Monaco hasnt played the gratest opponents so far. Plus Kei is a much better hard court player.

Either way, think the point is it's only -135 now. That's not really money coming in one side or the other. That's about usual market movement from money placed back and forth on both sides.

I'm not basing my pick on the line movement by any means. I capped it Nishi all the way. But taking -125 vs -145 is important if you got over a nickel on the match.

The line didn;t open at -145... it opened at -125... It got bet up to -149... then down to -120 and now its back to -133
