BOL put a $500 freeplay in my .ag account when I transfer over from .com
I go onto live chat, asking if I needed to make a deposit before being able to
to play the FP or get winnings from FP.
I was told, just deposit $50, and do the rollover and any winnings
from $500 FP would be mine.

I deposit $50, and my freeplay balance goes from $500 to $50.
I go back to live chat to ask about this.
Was told that I got the $50 FP for deposting $50 and
because I can't have two FP's at the same time this wiped out the $500 FP.

I asked if I could make another deposit of $450 to get the removed
$450 back, I was told no.
I complained a bit more, telling them I had been mis-informed about what to do.
Chat guy cuts me off. No response to emails.

the rules is match 100 percent deposit, since u deposit only 50 the right fp is 50 not 500. not defendeing them but i believe that is the disclaimer of the promo.

Im sure deposit $50 and get $500 fp is not a valid promo. As posted above, the terms are probably matching.

If you have that live chat, post it and they will honor it. If you logged in to that chat, we can get it for you and ask them to honor it.

BOL reps are dealing with lots of promos from bailing out sportsbetting.com players to maybe too many different bonus offers. But maybe their mistake, is your gain here.
