Heritage Sports upgrade, enhancements in 2012

Heritage Sports (SBR rating A) has generated consistently positive player reviews since its large takeover of BetJamaica and US-based TheGreek accounts in the summer of 2011. Sportsbook Review takes a look at the enhancements Heritage Sports has made in the past year in this exclusive report. | Read more

Customer service, as well as, bonuses offered has went down since the takeover.

    This should read:

heritage sports has consistantly paid the monthly sponsor fee and its about time we upgrade them with the other sponsor books.

Ive been happy with heritage since they took over our greek/bj accounts. I hear alot of complaining about customer service/bonuses. The only time Ive ever use customer service is to turn off the casino every month, and that has always gone smoothly, as far as bonuses I dont take them so no issues there for me.JMO.

        Heritage's upgrade to A- -Okay?
        Heritage adds mobile platform-
Useless. Main website works better on smart phones.
Heritage added to Best Baseball Sportsbooks list- They were just as good before... plus they had a weekly baseball contest that was easy to win prizes.
Heritage Sports adds poker room - Who cares. Better to play at a poker place that actually offers a bonus.
Heritage Sports' upgrade to A- Okay?

Don't get me wrong Heritage is a great book, but my unbiased opinion since the merger is that they have retreated a bit.

Bonuses, Contests, Customers Service ALL down hill. Not to mention I am now dealt -108 lines not -107 like I used to get.

The only thing that improved for me is a few more lines to bet. Especially tennis which I like.

Just very interesting that once they become a sponsor they shoot up the rankings. They have been an A book for a LONG time.

True, for years Heritage languished at a B+, but as soon as they become a sponsor they get two raises in their rating. They deserved the A rating for a while now, but I guess it took a little payola to make it official.

On the flip side, how fast will BOL's B+ rating fall if/when they stop advertising for victims here?

            SBR rating downgrade

SBR (once rated A+, today - somewhere south of that) continues to lose integrity points with players by moving Heritage's rating to a solid A and calling it a rating upgrade.

Heritage was always an A+ book for years for those who were invited members. Solid financially, great promotions, reduced juice, excellent customer service, and fantastic contests with good prizes.

Since the acquisition of BetJam/Greek, Heritage has slipped from great to good. Still solid financially, but the customer service has slightly slipped, the reduced juice isn't as reduced as it used to be, the great promotions aren't as great, and the fantastic contests are much more difficult to win, and for substantially less winnings. Not to mention the awful teaser odds that are now offered, but advertised as wonderful. Wong is dead. As a result, SBR upgrades the rating to A? Not a forum sponsor = B+. Forum sponsor = A?

I like SBR. I have always liked Heritage, and am proud to play there. But the one thing they have in common, is that they were once the best in the industry - today, they are just above average entities. SBR's integrity for ratings just took another hit in my book.

Their customer service is horrible. Live chat always disconnects and never get a response back from emails. Other than that its still a good book, but don't try to communicate with them.

Yeah.. Bonuses are downhill if you are a loser. But for people who don't have to deposit every week, and actually bet decent money.. the cashback is way better then whatever bonus they gave before....

You're an idiot. Some of us cash out for certain seasons and move to other books. I had no need for them over the summer as I don't play baseball and 5dimes is better for tennis. I came back and was only offered 8% cash since I was up last football season.

I digress. Let me explain it to you in a way that you big high roller wins all the time guy can see it's still worse for you.

The cashback is less than 1% so going from -107 to -108 completely neutralizes that added "perk". In fact it's worse.

Then the reload bonuses went from 35% freeplay (parley anything - winnings dont increase rollover) to 8% cash with higher roll over. That's just for all us losers unlike you who never need to re-load ever! ;-)

                    +1 couldn't be more true

heritage customer service is awful now...clearly when they expanded, quality control went out the window
