What book doesn't put hold on funds if you deposit with credit card?

Since BetOnline has my money tied up in a golf tourny I wouldn't mind throwing a few hundred in a sportsbook on a CC. However, I don't want my funds tied up if I win this weekend!

BetOnline - I'm not putting anymore money in there.
Matchbook - Out because I have reached my velocity limits and they wont raise them anymore .

BetJm and TheGreek look like they put a hold on funds for a period of time.

And Yes my card works pretty much anywhere . It's my bank card with a credit union and it's awesome!

Anywhere else that doesn't put a hold on credit card deposits probably isn't somewhere you want your money.
