Betonline - Should this bother me?
I know that this is part of their rules, but I feel like a book like BetJM or TheGreek would work with me. I have 2K tied up all weekend because of this.

Gianna: Hello. How may I assist you today?

xxxx: hi, can you ask the grading dept to grade my pending wager? the tourny isn't over but both players in the bet missed the cut and are done playing, and mine finished with a better score.

Gianna: For security purposes, could you please provide your password?

    xxxx: xxxxx

Gianna: xxxx you will need to wait until the tournament is over for your play to be graded.

xxxxx: why is that they both finished playing?

Gianna: Because even if you are wagering on the matchup, it clearly says that you need to wait for the tournament to be over.

xxxxx: i know, it just sucks cause my funds will be tied up all weekend

Gianna: I understand and I do apologize but unfortunately this is a standard rule xxxxx.

I agree tyhe could assit you, but they will not bend the rules for anyone.

They have the worst customer service of all books I have ever used..

I would take your money out when credit to account and send it to Bookmaker or Greek.

It shouldn't bother you at all sir. All books won't grade wagers until the event is complete.

Would bet stand if tourney is shortened to 54 holes by weather? If they require four rounds to be played, then they have to wait as it would only be a refund for you in that case.

ask them if you could make an "if" wager, they may have to write it down on paper though...worth a shot.

yeah i mean they could just grade it as a winner for me and let me lose all my money on football this weekend.

whats the worst that would happen 1 in a million chance the tourny gets shortened and they just have to make all my bets null and void and reset it back to the bet amount.

and i have had books grade this as a winner for me before in the same situation.

Books just want to hang on to your money as long as possible. Just the way it is - they make interest on it. It's in their T&Cs after all, so fair enough.
