I remember that concept, its a newer shop if I remember right and the sales person left another known shop too.

Most times 0% - neither side has any intention of paying...just screwing the other guy.

I know of no solid credit books offering credit to "new" players - and the few guys that do, don't ask for security deposits.

Usually a guy looking for credit so hard claiming he isn't going to screw you is the worst offender. If you are reputable you shouldn't have a problem finding a guy. Usually looking for credit on the forum is a race to see who gets stiffed first.
