I kept getting an email from BetOnline.ag saying I had a $50 freeplay, I tried to log in but was blocked, I asked why and they said someone in northern ca had the same name, I asked them to check the ip and address ect, it is obvioulsy a different person as I am in southern ca. I jokingly said I was planning on making a five dime deposit please correct this error, their CS told me to submit two forms of ID and they might let me deposit 
, No wonder they can't pay anyone.
