Betonline wants to deny me a 25% free play on deposit

Not uncommon for players that have already accepted one bonus offer to not be eligible for another. Always check with CS agents before making any deposit that you were only making for a bonus.

I had nothing in my account, they gave me a 50 dollar free play and to use it quickly. I only checked because someone on sbr started a thread on about it. I make a deposit a few days ago and now they tell me I can't get the 375 freeplay because of the 50 freeplay they gave me. I told them to keep the 50 freeplay and give me the deposit bonus. They can't even do that.

The e-mail they sent out has 10 terms attached to it and none of them refer to the most important actual terms:

- not eligible if balance in account
- not eligible if freeplay or pending freeplay in account

And given they just gave everyone a $50 freeplay, I am sure they have duped hundreds of people into depositing and then denied them the bonus.

No one gets deposit balances if the account is up (or if it's a signup bonus and they already deposited).

If you didn't win your first first free play and your acct isn't up overall, shoot me a message with your acct ID and we'll ask about why you wouldn't be eligible.
