I tried depositing money today into my 5Dimes account and a message popped up saying to call an 800 number. I called and was told that I could not deposit money with my card because my name showed up with some sort of fraud with another book and to contact them to clear things up. Well I have NO idea what they are talking about. I haven't used another book and I've never had any problems with my ************. They said they cannot give me any more information so I'm stuck. I would greatly appreciate someone help. Thanks in advance.
