bookmaker.com withdraw problem

I have a hard time believing that bookmaker has ranking A

I explain my situation:

2 month ago i deposit $300 with my credit card **** and started betting with them..
after 2 month my money are $1600 and last sunday i decide to make a withdraw of my winning....
but the request was denied and talking with an operator on live chat, he told me to send them copy of card, identity doc ecc... (why they didn't ask this in the moment of my firts deposit as pinnacle or others sportbook do?)
the problem is that my credit card was deleted by my bank 1 month ago because demagnetized an unusable.
on live chat they ask to send them a document from my bank who certify that my credit card was deleted.
last monday my bank written the doc and i sent by email to bookmaker.com and after that i request the withdraw.
after one day, last thuesday, i contact the live chat to be sure that my withdraw request was process...but there is a problem again: the document of my bank must be written in english (im in italy and my bank logically written in italian).
my bank told me that is not so easy to release this doc in english lenguage. this document must be pass trough legal department and others side...at the end i understand my bank cannot do.
i explain at bookmaker.com but they reply that without this doc my money cannot be withdraw.

now..what can i do???
there is the possibility to send this money to and other bookmaker account?

please help me

It is a bit of a goofy situation. Wanting ID verification is very standard. It probably would be best to request it up-front but all you can do is deal with what has happened.

In my opinion Bookmaker should be able to deal with a document in Italian. They are part of CRIS which is a very international group.

I would be inclined to get on the phone and look for a manager. Easier said than done, I know. But you are not going to get any advanced problem solvers through Live Chat.

Failing that, I guess you have to get the translation yourself. It is a hassle no doubt but it should be do-able.

Can you get them to do a book to book transfer? Im sorry to hear they have you jumping through hoops to get your money. I think books should ask for all the info needed at deposit, that way they dont end up looking like they are giving people the run around when they try to withdraw.

You pretty much said it all with that statement Mudcat. It's much easier for Bookmaker/Cris to translate this gentlemen's documents opposed to the all the red tape a banking establishment would put you through.

I was given a tracking #, and was unable to track the package. I called back and it turns out, the tracking # was an i.d #. I don't even know what an id # is or used for. Anyway, I can't stand waiting for large sums of money and then getting false information. I can't wait to switch to thegreek.com, my last online gambling hope!

bookmaker/cris cannot stay at ranking A+ maybe -C/D

so... my bank, after some question to me, write this document in english (i very thanks to them) and i send this doc directly to becris email.
now i hope they process the withdraw.

this is not a good experience, bookmaker for me drop down of many of many points!
pinnaclesports.com (i know is not for US, im sorry) is very very serious and never had problem with them.

They say it takes 7-10 business days if withdrawing by courier. Diamond says this anyway but they are the sister book to Bookmaker.

I have never in my life gotten a tracking number for my withdrawals, they always just show up. I have been told that I have a tracking number coming many times but they never come and I just ignore that now. Your money will show up soon believe me.
