    can SBR Help here?
I placed some bets on titanbet, I wake up this morning and theyre "disqualified"

    Reasons cited:
the bets on the event Milwaukee Brewers (Y Gallardo) @ Chicago Cubs (T Wood) were cancelled as it has been published with wrong date on our web page
According our terms all the bets placed on wrong fixture events are declared void.
The game will take place at 29/08/2012 00:05:00 GMT

We're sorry for the inconvenience. But the bets placed on wrong fixture events are supposed to be cancelled as per our Terms.
It's a system error. As per our terms, bets placed on wrong fixture events are supposed to be cancelled.

This is TitanBet's MO. They ended up re-crediting players after Justin7 worked the cases but have started to do it again recently it appears.

should I even bother filling out a complaint?

...the game was played yesterday I do not understand how it could be the wrong date.

I would if I were you. As mentioned, Justin has been able to get TitanBet to re-credit players in your situation.

          Thanks Lou,

How come theyre still a c- if working with sbr then?
I went to the rating guide and see that they don't honor good bets and no updates about them re-crediting players

THis one sounds a little different because the game didnt start yet? The wrong time or venue is usually canceled.

If you get this overturned can you go back and reverse your ruling against 5Dimes a year ago when they did the exact same thing to me?

what if the odds arent considered a bad line?

there were times that pinnacle had the same time/date for every game do they cancel their bets?
