Hahaha, this is funny, this is really funny, another captured photos with a digital camera - and the same answer - they dont wish to accept my documents, "Please send us another copies to verify your account" ... So I am sick to deal with them, I think this is a scam, btw. I know why are they acting like that - I got a bonus....

I really hope that SBR will deal with them...

Complaints are dealt with in the order they're received during business hours Monday to Friday so it'll take a bit before this is looked at. But William Hill like any of the major UK books are very strict with their KYC process and they don't really budge from that. A large portion of their customers receive a bonus and don't have a problem with verification so I wouldn't assume it's because of that. Although you're frustrated with them I would ask them to specifically detail what is wrong with your latest copies so you can correct that and resubmit as you're most likely going to have to resubmit them again anyway.

I think that they just dont want to verify my account... Firstly they have aprooved my ID, than they were asking for an address proof, before 5 minutes they verified my address proof and requested from me another ID document, its just unfair... I am really angry of them... This isnt normal, I am sure that they will want some other document when they approved my ID... they just dont want to give m money

What country do you live in if you don't mind sharing it? Some countries unfortunately raise flags at books so the sportsbooks get even more tough with verification. It's not fair if you're an honest player but sadly there are a lot of scammers out there.

Either way though, William Hill won't steal your money. They're making you jump through some hoops to make sure you are who you say you are but as long as all of your documents are legitimate, you will get paid. I know it's easy to lose hope but don't... they're not thieves. Just very tough and careful. Like I suggested, maybe ask them what exactly they want from you. Tell them to list the dimensions, the resolution, whatever. Get specifics from them.

will hill is the worst garbage book when it comes to cashout..they did this to me for a 500.00$ cashout by MB..they said the email add is not valid!!! even though I had deposited that way...anyway no need to say that the stalling for a week was done just to have me gamble the funds which I did and that was the end of my experience...

I'm surprised they request this as you are from Canada, normally its East Euro tramp countries and other such undesirable places.

The reason they do it is to stop these fraudsters making many multiple accounts to take their bonus over and over again (with fake ID's) - hence they require a photo with you and you ID and 2 types of ID and address etc... You sound genuine, you wont have any problems, they are as safe as a bank and just taking steps to protect themselves.
