Because you tease these bets off the point 7, so the payout is off. With the teaser payout chart, it assumes that you don't tease off point 3 or 7.

I think I understand you, but what would be the payout for this exact same teaser for somebody not on the point mover program then? I know you have a 5Dimes account, if you're not on the "Point Mover" rewards program, could you configure this same teaser and tell me what it gives you?

Also, could you give me an example of what I would have to bet on in football to receive the +100 teaser payout?

I spoke to Jrod124 in poker chat, it gives him the +100 line on this same exact teaser and he's not even in the point mover rewards program, something fishy is going on here with 5Dimes.......

this teaser isn't as great as they make it seem. they usually do not tease with the -110 line but instead a 1-1.5 point adjusted number. for example on the houston-miami game for week 1 houston is 9 point favorites currently. however if u were to tease houston 6 points they tease it at -10 and your brought down to -4 instead of the -3 which makes a huge difference. Of course if you were to tease the other way meaning miami then you'd get a better number.

Basically their very sharp with the teasers and they actually adjust the number you are teasing so the book has more of an edge.

That's pretty fukked up, is this normal for books to do? Thanks for the info but the situation I described in this thread does not relate to point shading. 5Dimes advertises in the point mover program (http://www.5dimes.eu/PopUpsFromRewar...intbuying.html), "The best NFL teaser payouts on the planet" and then links you to a chart that shows you what teaser rates you will receive.....except me and tb1984 are not receiving the advertised promotional rates....and I'm betting others in the point mover rewards program are not receiving it either....but they probably haven't noticed since they either don't bet teasers or don't pay attention to what rates they receive when betting teasers.

So TB1984, was it corrected for you as well? I'm wondering if it was a system wide glitch and 5Dimes fixed it, OR this is something they do to peoples accounts in hopes they don't notice it....then if they get somebody that notices and complains like I did, they finally enable the settings in your account so you get the correct payouts.

Do the 5Dimes live chat people play dumb or what? I spoke to a person on live chat yesterday named Alicia about this same problem, talked to her forever and she kept on giving me the go around. People aren't kidding when they said 5Dimes customer service is horrible.

Wouldn't it make sense to just stick with the reduced juice promotion that we all start with? It will be tough to tease NFL through 3 and 7 because their lines are teaser protected already.

So, I talked to them, then got an email and was asked to talk to Tony. Then, he took care of it. It seems like anyone that is in the point mover program, needs to talk to them to fix this teaser issue.

I made a post in players talk the other night to warn everyone but nobody replied, so I'm guessing not many people are on the point mover program. I guess everybody just sticks with the reduced juice rewards which is the default option when you create an account.
