Fukking scum, pay the grandma her $1000. Publicity like this is will hit you a lot harder than paying her what she rightfully won.

Think of the negative publicity Betfred will receive over this - screwing a grandmother out of a 1k winning ticket that she bet on your grandson to win a medal. Even if they're in the right, they will come way out ahead if they just paid it.
