Yesterday i wanted to make my MLB picks but the page stopped loading, after i entered the "bet"-button. I refreshed my balance to see if the bet was accepted but it was not reduced. I logged out and in to make sure, that it really had not taken my bets. I tried the same again and had the same problems. So i just used my pinnacle-account to place my wagers. Today i then found, that all my bets at sportsbook.com have been accepted and of course i lost money. Luckily not very much but still... This goes out as a warning: the balance on your account page is not always accurate, double- and triple-check, if you are experiencing any troubles placing your wager.

In addition, i requested a payout two days earlier. The Payout was declined and they deducted 38€s from me, for trying to payout before i had the turnover for my free plays.

There is no way to see how much turnover you have left. Luckily it's just very little money but still: Stay away from this Bookmaker.Comment
