I didn't need one. Just spoke to someone on their live chat and they signed me up.

Just clicked on open account and filled out info and read small print that said

"We make our sign up page available to invited members. If you have received a current Heritage offer or promotion, please complete the sign up page to begin your Heritage experience. If you do not appear on our invited guest list a new account will not be generated."

Can't go through live chat w/o a username/password...

I spoke to live chat, you need to contact them tomorrow since their new account department is closed. There's a "LIVE CHAT" link on top right hand corner and it shows up with you having to log in. Try them tomorrow and see what they say. I'll be chillin at home all week so you need help or a reference just PM me.

the live chat link is there on the home page top right. you don't even have to log in.
