Had an issue today on live chat. I was not satisfied with a particular ruling. I asked to be transferred to Jon. Mia told me Jon was unavailable. Less than 5 mins later I get a phone call from Jon, which I was unable to answer, but he did get ahold of me via live chat. Keeping the details of this particular topic private, I felt I had to at least post a message here to give betislands and Jon major props. Jon went above and beyond with what I was expecting and its simply another example that Jon runs the best book out there.

One more thing that needs to be pointed out. Jon does not know that I am a forum poster and didn't just make the situation right because he knew I would post negative comments. He just did right by his player. That's all any customer can ask for. Me too have unexpectedly over the last 8 months decided to deposit. 99.9% of wagering at betislands. How can you not when the customer service us the best in the business (even though Ashley is gone, who opened up her own clothing store), payouts same day and peace of mind knowing Jon will always be fair to his guys and do the right thing. Betislands is my #1 and I'm proud to say it!

Don't want to rain on the BI parade, but BI has ways to go to get in 5D's league. Racebook, wagering minimums, parlay/teaser options, buying points, etc all superior at 5D. CS seems to better at BI so if that's one of your main criteria for choosing a book BI might be the best for you.

BI is the only book that I will recommend to people I meet that ask about wagering for football season.

I like BI, but I recently dropped a few coins in BM and I'm gonna run with them this football season - BM is as good as it gets.

That said, yeah BI is solid, but there are still a few "kinks" that need working out imo.

YW CS isnt even that far back honestly. You wont get the same treatment but very professional with YW. If you enjoy having your name remembered and patted on the back every once ad a while... Id suggest going to your local barbershop.. YW > BI

By the looks at your other posts you seem to have something against BI? In the abcislands. You refer go BI going broke. Did they do you wrong in the past?

jon you have to get the withdrawel limits via p2p increased. I took a max yesterday w.u.. and today i thought i could do one m..g.. but was told its only 1000 per week combined. I have been told in the past you could do one of each for 1000 but now its this.. that is incredibly low and i know you want to keep same day but having money that you cant get out because of the limits stretches it for me.

I have made multiple tennis Parlays at BI in the last two weeks.

Betislands is a great newer shop. However they have changed the rules now several times in the middle of the game. Half points and -107 lines and payout rules. Now they have every right to do this. Once they finally decide who they are where they want to be I am sure they will be solid.

Now as for Youwager they pay just as good with more options to bet and I only receive email promotions no phone calls. It's all how you speak with them. Candy is my Rep most of the time and she is a total sweet heart and extremely professional.

Now Heritage is the book with so many early lines and -108 lines plus promos only they offer. Not to mention the great teaser odds.

Bookmaker is the place for football for extra large plays.

That said I will have funds in all the above. Right now only Betislands pending to fund. Waiting for them to iron out some of there rules for the football season first.

They may allow all tennis parlays not sure there, not tennis mixed with other sports. This book really just put me on tilt right off the bat with their lack of offerings. On the soccer totals they don't have them when their CS is closed which is rather weak not sure after that. No MMA parlays or totals either. No tennis totals. This book is rec to the bare bones, cookie cutter stuff. May be ok to use for NFL only, not if you want lots of options.
