Heritage Sports Customer Service is a disgrace
tried to speak to them regarding my account several times and was hung up on in live chat twice and once on the phone. never raised my voice once or even used any derogatory language. they told me I closed my account a year ago,and when I inquired about it the guy says " I just have to go" I don't have a problem with me not being allowed to play there (went on a pretty good run) but the way they went about it was very unprofessional

too bad you had this kind of trouble with them. Will wait to hear both sides of the situation.
Never had a similar issue since being moved over from Betjamaica. REALLY REALLY quality book.

Mike is in every way as good as Scotty was.

Heritage has slowly gone the way of 5dimes. Will pay you, and has great options, but customer service/bonuses are going in the shitter. There is no personal touch there at all anymore.

I loved heritage before the merger. Great bonuses, great promotions, top notch customer service. Now they are just another bookmaker. Customer service is better now than it was right after the merger but they have a long way to go.

Question , if you closed your account yourself why would you call them back a year later? Also, how did you close your account the first time? I hit them pretty good a few times and they never cut me or treated my any differently. In fact I was still getting great deposit bonuses, of course this was pre-merger.

I was actually just trying to see if they had certain types of baseball props but I couldn't see them w/o logging in and couldn't remember my acc. number so I just went on live chat to ask. The rep. said your account has been closed, and I asked why. The guy just says manager decision. I said "so I don't get to know why?" he responds "we don't want your business" then it said "operator has left chat". I got right back on live chat and it was the same guy and i just said how I was treated rudely and was simply asking a question and I got the same thing. Didn't even want to use these guys anymore but now it was a matter of being pissed so I call them and that's when the rep. tells me that I stopped my account. I said that I didn't remember doing that ( I had transferred my balance to 5d) but even so I wasn't allowed to start up my account? Guy says "manager dec. I have to go".

Not sure I'd ever compare Heritage's CS to 5-Dimes. I had the "pleasure" of talking to Tony once, something I'll never forget. I guess it all depends on the rep you talked to. I recently re-upped with Heritage for FB and was treated decently. Must have caught them on a good day.

Sorry comparing them to 5dimes is harsh. I guess I meant it in the way that they are headed that way, not that they are quite there yet . It's not the worst comparison though. I think regardless of anything they are the two best US facing books to play at. I don't need someone to coddle my balls and stroke my ego all day. I just need a book that pays and offers the lines I'm interested in.

Heritage has just become more by the book. Less contests, less promotions, less bonuses, less budging on the rules. They used to throw losing players $500 randomly. You don't hear about that anymore. It's the drawback of inheriting sharper players from greek. I can't complain too much, they also "inherited" more variety of lines which I like.

Exactly. That was one special place. I took my money out a while back, but then they cold called me, which for the old Heritage was a no no, guaranteed by $500. When I inquired if that policy was still in place they closed my account instead. lol Still feel good about them, though. Membership was worth about 2-3K per year in promos. And if it wasn't for that $200 freeplay on the 2011 Kentucky Derby I might have never looked at the horses more seriously. But all good things must end. Last drop was that they hired Ganch. Great guy, but the last person on the planet I'd want to play against.
