When I hear guys like lines freak complaining and getting extra bonuses and FPs I can't help but think why can't I get one just because I lose my deposit? Just because he goes on live chat and complains, he gets extra? I have played at BI for over a year and have probably lost more than he has.

This is the problem with betislands. They actually feed into a player complaining and encourage this type of behavior by giving them free plays that a normal "good customer" doesn't get. Personally I like how Tony handles things and he just tells them to F off.
