Why is Pinnacle always down?

Yeah, this is getting ridiculous. It's so bad now that I think they should be downgraded to A. An A+ book should not have a website this pathetic. It is constantly down or giving error messages.

Yes that's true..I love pinnacle, their odds are so fantastic, but that's obvious i've never seen a book with so many technical issues, always same problems and they don't seem to do anything to improve it... It happened their technical issues made me lose much money..So yes, they may not deserve to be rated A+...

I contacted them, their answer was:

Betmania goes down for about 15 minutes once a month. Besides the whole BI fiasco, I can't even think of any other book that has ever been down, and I don't play at all A/B books

Pinnacle can be one week offline,still they are best book on internet. A+++ for them
