Bwin/Betoto

Does anyone know if they work together or is it just the layout that's the same?
Yesterday I had 2 bets - 1 one Betoto and 1 on Bwin
They were both cancelled, but I know from other forums that the one that was cancelled on betoto was accepted on bwin and the one cancelled on bwin was accepted on betoto! How can this be possible!? Same odds and everything.
From both bookies I got the meesage that the odds was a typo and bla bla bla, but they have had plenty of time to cancel it, but of course they wait until the bet has won.
Frustrating
