I'm shocked... I read all these good things about this book... I guess nobody can get lucky, like u said. I'm not even going to get into what a pain in the ass it was when I requested my last payout. They processed it though, that's why I'm not getting into that YET. See what happens when I req another payout shortly...

That's right!!! I started playing there. Went on a run, won about $13,000 or something. First my limit went from $10,000 (normal) to 5,000. Now it's $1000. It's really ridiculous. I'm no sharp, just happened to go on a good run when I signed up w them...

I would ask to speak to upper management. That does not sound right for Heritage.

You should feel lucky with 1000 limits. My were only 100 before I got kicked out.

I would like to apologize to Heritage. I just checked and my limit was $5000. I was reduced from $10,000 to $5000. But I was not reduced to $1000. All games are $1000 max until the following day. I'm embarrassed. And they have paid me although I felt like CS made me go thru hoops. Asking me for Idenification that I already sent, telling me I needed to complete an $18,000 rollover (which was wrong info), telling me I can't withdraw over $3000 at first, telling me there is no payout method for anything between $3001- $4999 (which is absurd). But they paid and they have good lines & bonuses. That's most important. I do apologize. I don't like putting wrong info up. A moderator could take it down.
