Book to Book with A books- a question

Heritage says they only do book to book with 5Dimes and Bookmaker(and Not DSI, I specifically asked two people there and they both said the same thing).

However, DSI says they do transfers with Heritage.

So I have contacted both books and received different answers.

Does anybody here know whether DSI and Heritage do transfers with each other?

Why not just transfer from Heritage to Bookmaker then from Bookmaker to DSI?
