Pinnacle login problem

Anyone having login problem in Pinnacle?

I can't see page properly after login.

It says "your browser has limited capabilities,try chrome or mozilla" but I tried both

No problem here. And many times I have had problems.

This is the one site where the classic and usually meaningless suggestion of deleting the cache has helped in the past.
