i requested a wire payout of 15,000 on 7/16/12, it was approved. On August 10, it changed and said PAID. Yet I did not receive anything. I keep being told every time DELAY DELAY DELAY. Then i got the email about 25% bonus to cancel withdrawl. I am very very concerned.

BOL - requested paper (low 4 figures) early july, in aug they said there was a problem and sent me money orders instead overnight
BOL - requested ** max early aug, got in 1 day
BOL - requested ** max early aug, (they called and said they'd give me 25% freeplay to cxl. they said if i dont cancel it could take a week or two to process. told them i'll wait) got it next day.
BOL - requested paper in mid july, in mid aug THEY switched it to ** (low 4 figures) with no upcharge in fee. got it in a day. classy move!!

i was nervous when they wanted me to cxl the payout but i really think it is a processor issue. the only issues i had were getting a check payout. ** was always next day. only problem is fees are too high and max is ONLY $950 (cost=$101). even though site says max ** is $2500. i know they can do more if they want to. they did for me like i said above on my last payout.

for someone playing higher limits and wanting bigger payouts, the fee relative to the payout is too much and i won't play there anymore because of it.

got theUnion(950) & $Gram(800) within 48 hours - can only request each once a week...fees for additonal will be 100 and 80...


But i did get some cheddar....if the ywant me to do this every week to get my 15k, i guess i have no other choice...

Hopefully, wire and/or checks can be reliable during football season when they should get flooded with cash
