Las Palmas - has there ever been an update on this?

Two laspalmas (SBR rating B-) players report waiting for a total amount of $40,000 originally requested in June and July. The book was unable to offer a reason for delays to these large winners. A third player, who has been using the sportsbook for three years, is waiting for $5,000. He was told that he cannot withdraw his funds for two weeks without paying processing fees and forfeiting a $500 reload bonus. The sportsbook cites a 30 day hold bonus rule that clearly applies only to "new players," as the reason for these conditions.


This struck me as a hell of a head-scratcher based on my experience. It doesn't feel right. Have there been any developments?

I believe one player took a healthy transfer to Bookmaker. 5 figure wires have been paid out. Some other 5 figure requests are pending. Things seem to be back on track this month.

So it was all legit then.

It just amazes me how (and why) people would run up balances like that at a low limit book like Las Palmas.

I was one of the players owed a large sum--more than $30,000--by Las Palmas. After more than four months, I have finally been paid in full, via bank wires.

They kept telling me that when their processing issues were resolved, I would eventually be paid. That turned out to be true.

I will be requesting further payouts from this book in the future, and will inform the forum of any problems.

I am currently awaiting another large five-figure payout from Bet Las Palmas (Ehorsex). This was requested in November. The new manager told me today that it would be, at the earliest, the beginning of March before I will receive this.

I would be very careful before playing here.

I got a bank wire from las palmas this week. It took 6 weeks after they closed my account to hit my bank.

Tomcast was saying he has been waiting about 6 weeks for a Moneybookers payout from Las Palmas. I have to agree with fargo. Unless these sorts of waits are part of your plan with a sportsbook, Las Palmas does not seem like a prime option these days.

Just requested a payout myself. ~4k check. They say 5-21 business days. I certainly would not feel comfortable with much more than that in there and frankly there is no need to with limits being slashed so low.

When they offer me a bonus, I take it. I'm not sure I would if it happened today though. Things do seem a bit downhill there. And like many places, the bonuses keep getting smaller.

They have an occasional opinionated line. I find bets there. Not nearly as many as years ago when they were quite a hidden gem. But I find bets.

Some players on this forum go in because of SBR contests. It is one of the books they allow for contest credit (at least that used to be the case). So if someone wants to enter a contest and they are already signed up at all the big names, they need to start looking at the next tier of eligible books. ----> Las Palmas.

I too am owed money from ehorsex 12k. Have been waiting from early DEC approx 9 weeks . I was told they are having processing issues and money should be wired shortly.

Does Las Palmas do tranfers with BOOKMAKER. If so do they charge a fee?

Their lines seem to be somewhat opinionated.

They have previously paid out quickly.

Just so you know. I recieved a check from them for 2k. It took 2 full months but did finally come. Nov. 17th to Jan 16th. You have to stay on these folks. I mean one a week at least check the status. You will get angry eventually after hearing the same lame excuses.
