Can you guys see lines on any games on Betislands?? I can't see any lines.. They all disappeared.

get use to that too. 4 times in the last 2 weeks i called between 9-10 est and you get music. Sunday nights they close their books. If you wanted a line at 930 you might as well forget it. Their wagering department doesnt come in until 11 estComment -
I called and got a rep this morning at 9 05 am est time , i asked them about the lines and their lines dont go up on Mondays till 10 am est time.

BetIslands Lines - missing??
So I joined BetIslands after reading some great reviews on their payout speed.
But a few days in, very frustrated with posting lines late.
I should have researched more and realize that this is the norm for them.
But just confused as to why????
I don't know the workings of a book, so I am probably missing something.
But why can, I don't know, 90% of the books have lines up all night (minus a few sometimes) - but BetIslands can't even have them up until after late into the morning of the games??
what am I missing.
Not sure if I can stay if this doesn't change. I do most of my research at night and early morning... especially with games that might have line changes overnight - and if I can't place a bet during that time, what's the use.
I appreciate the effort they make into making speedy payouts, which is probably priority #1, and even though I had to wait a day or two longer with the likes of Heritage and 5Dimes... not sure if same day payout is worth it with no lines to place a bet with.

Hope all is well , our lines Mondays come out a bit later than usual since we are closing our week out our lines are usually up by 9 am est time . Yes we do not offer overnight lines for baseball. You can expect the lines for football to be posted all through out the week.

Hey Jimm,
My apologies if you missed a play due to an overnight chance , we moved to a new larger facility a few months back during that period of time we underwent some changes some of them being the overnight lines which will be back next summer for baseball.
MLB points is a possibility several clients have mentioned this to me so I will keep that in mind for sure.

You come here insulting Betislands but I have yet to read your complaint?
If you do have a legit complaint please feel free to submit an SBR complaint and we will be more than happy to mediate it , I do have the chat session stored from our conversations were you demand free play and your emails stating how if I gave you freeplay you would post good things about us.
This is a clear case of an AGENDA and I will not let someone insult my business when they have no valid complaints and have tried to shake me down for free money.
These forums are here for a reason not be used as a weapon to get books to do what you want.
Post away my reputation is spotless.

It's not a complaint per se. If u dont want to lose u have a right to shut it off, but runs in blackjack dont come around very often. Your employee explained to me that I had exceeded the daily limit and had to wait 24 hours to start again.
It's bush league tactics, but I get it, you dont want to lose big on a lucky run. It's probably legal, but it's questionable.
Anyway, show me an email where I say that I will say nice things if u give me a free play? I did tell u once I applogized for ripping u one time. But now, after this whimpy comeback im not sorry.
You offered me a free play yesterday which I didnt use.
Im not happy with Betislands, I have a right to say that.

When you have a legit complaint about us , please post it. The casino software has limits , again how does this translate into us being a bad book?
You were treated right at Betislands , you were given comps and you were paid promptly.
This is not a whimpy comeback but the truth , and yes I did offer you a freeplay I do the same for all clients that have had any issues here with us most people that play with us can confirm that.

Just saying how do you know the streak would have continued? I've been using this software for years, about 11 and 12. It is streaky, but that doesn't mean you would have kept winning. You would have a gripe either way.Comment -
