    Heritage...what a disappointment
    I tried to make a deposit today using * today and was given the name going to xxx.... I deposit the money and give them the info just to be notified that there is an error.... I double check the receipt and call ** to make sure everything is correct and indeed everything is correct. And at this point i'm pretty sure they gave me a wrong name and location.... (maybe the name was going to costa rica...). they never admit this and don't give me an explanation of why it's not going through.....now I have to go through the most annoying cancellation process of going back to agent's location and explain everything and cancel.... how annoying.... makes me wanna never play there again.

      how long between when you requested the name and when you submitted the control number?

              lots and lots of reasons on both ends why there could be a problem

              P2P goes smooth 90% of the time, but when there is a problem it sucks

                What this says, for me anyway it usually gives you a few names and countries to send to, then you can choose who and where your sending $ to, personally I prefer to always send and recieve from the same country, rather than sending/recieving $ all over the world,JMO.

                      i love that process to that country. i usually deposit early in the morning and by the time i get home in 10 mins its in. If i send to the countries in central america i have to wait till like 930 or 10 in the morning because they arent open yet

                        This happened to me before.. Nobody knew what was going on and one rep thought I didnt sent the money and made up control number.. I offered them to fax the copy of paper work showing the transaction... I ended up had to csncrl my transaction and collect the money back and w u didnt refund the fee but heritage refund the fee for me by giving me $25 free play.

                          This happen to me many times easiest way to deal w thisnis cancel it go get your money from a w u agent and send it to another name. Tell heritage to give you another name. And do it online so u can just copy and paste

                            This happened to me once. When you send to PHI, it needs to be specified in USD. Sometimes the agent doesn't do this and it gets put in as pick up in Pesos (I think that the denomination). When you send to costa rica, USD is the only option, so usually no error.

                            Not sure if that's what happened to the OP, but a possibility.

                              Yes this is true happens all the time idiots at the store always forget to send it in Us even when u ask them it's such a hassle and sometimes they don't want to give ur fees back which is Bs just keep calling and speak with a dIf agent who will

                                Hopefully you use someone's name you know will pick up the transfer if you need to reverse it as in this case the OP would have been out his money...
