Chip dumped at BetOnline

They should reverse the dumping (returning the funds to your account), keep both accounts closed, and pay them out.

i had same thing happen, but at vip before they closed..

loaned a friend money that way, but it was only like 100 bucks...accounts for poker only were suspended, not our sportsbook accounts

we both explained what happened to CS, both accounts reopned for poker play, money was left as is...just told dont it again

but since ur dealing with BOL, it wont be that easy im sure...Justin7 will definatley need to be involved

Your story could be straight up, and your intentions just as you stated, to transfer a few bucks to another player, with no mischievous intentions.
BUT knowing what a hair trigger BOL poker is on, and their lack of the proper risk management (software, experienced personal, etc) as well as thier propensity to confiscate and ask questions later, you are just walking into live fire by 'dumping' in any way, for any reason.

Any place will freeze your account for doing that. There are all kinds of potential flags form possible cheating to laundering. What happens next varies.

Mgt says they have found you guys were also playing Omaha together with other people at the table. They have records of you playing from the same computer. Your response was "I believe we are playing from the same college". Unless you have more we can bring to the discussion, they are going to refund both of your deposits.

STFU and I'm really tired of you trying to suck SBR's dick at every opportunity. Doesn't change the fact that BOL is still stealing/ attempting to steal from other clients. Plenty of legit cases other than this one against BOL.They are one of the most overrated Books ever in SBR history! (right there with Cascade, Phoenix/Wagerchief, PanAm and a few others). I'm not sure about cheating. We use to play at Full Tilt and Poker Star, they raise the issue playing at the same computer, I explain to them that, it was the computer lab in university library. They review the hands was play, they said it was fine since we both have different style of play. Anyway, I contact Lou and BOL said they will refund all deposit and hold the rest. We both deposit more than $4500, so far I got back $550 and $200 for my friend. The balance in both accounts is more than $5000. I contact Lou again and have not heard back from him in a week.

I am fed up with betonline as much as anyone, but they acted 100% as they SHOULD HAVE in this situation.

If BOL is confiscating the funds they earned by playing at the same table, then they should return those funds to the other players at the table. It's not BOL money to confiscate and keep. That is stealing.
