Fonbet scum

Fonbet scum yesterday cancel all my winnings bets(about 950e).Without any explanation,without any mail or phone call,they just claim all my winning live bets(some of them is settled one month ago) invalid.My lost bets is not refunded.
What I can do now?I don't know how I can contact them but sure I will do that somehow.
Can someone experienced with this book tell me is normal for Fonbet to take wining money from customer?
Is there any chance to do something with my money?Russian books

Under "My account" you have option "Requests", there you have contact form.

this situation has happened to me at bwin , they canceled a bet after 3 days and they didn't notice me ... I was checking my bets and i figured it out myself

Filipinho I cannot find contact to them.On REQUESTS page I can choose just WRITE NEW REQUEST and in this option I can choose just WITHDRAWAL,nothing else is there...what a crap of site...so hard to find support
