Webb Simpson US Open dispute

I'm looking into depth on a quirky dispute.

For the US Open, how quickly do players play 18 holes? Webb Simpson teed off in the second round at 9:47 BST. When would he be finished with 18 holes? If you have an official source, that is even better.

Definitely nothing official but if you check this blog around 9:50.

Not sure what time zone it is though.

Between 4 and 5 hours generally. Toms' group which teed off at basically same time was finished 17th at 2.25am BST so would suggest around 2.40am BST or so finish for Simpson.

best I can find was the below which shows that Toms finishing time, and Simpson having completed 8 holes at midnight bst which shows its roughly 15mins a hole and tracks with that expected finish time:
