2. Define "safe." Any method is "safe" as long as the funds are sent. What would make a method unsafe to you?

My actual answer is that there is no one answer. The best method is the one that best meets your personal needs. Factors would include how quickly you want your money, if you want to pay fees, the amount you want to withdraw, how comfortable you are with certain methods, etc. IMO, only each gambler can answer this question for themselves. My preferred method will definitely not be everyone else's.

It all depends on where you live too, I live it was at Arizona you cant get more than $500 on transfers of P2P bc then you will get into a lot of trouble.

Few years I go i had a book from panama sending me a plastic card where I they would put my withdrawals there and I can use any ATM to take the money out or use it to pay stuff, love that, but know I guess its out of the question.

Im starting to use LR but Im not sure what books use has them, Im using them right now for some "video" sites and they have tons of third parties for taking money out.
