im with legends too ive done well this week, looked into ptp withdraw and M* is expensive as well, they do a cashiers check for free once per month. othwerwise youll get hit with major fees.

I tried taking a check. Legends tells me "No checks for Canadians!"

That's not really the point.

Moneybookers is a (usually) free deposit/withdrawal method that is advertised at Legends as available, and it sure is available when I deposit, but when I try to cashout then... nope, sorry, not available, but this other option is for a MASSIVE FEE!

However, I wonder if Legends people read this forum, they are now, suddenly offering free cashout by W U...

Can't say I will be depositing anytime soon, unless I figure in the $65 withdrawal fee that Bookmaker charges for my withdrawals. Like to keep my fees at no more than 10 percent.

They say now they are giving me a free cashout for $1500 via M G "guaranteed for next Monday" so we shall see.

If it is free or will they still deduct a fee?

P2P is never free for me regardless, because as a Canadian, they (M G or W U) use inflated exchange fees to convert the US funds to CAD and keep an extra "exchange rate" fee themselves...

this is bullcrap, im at 1k rollover it with sbr points and was planning to withdraw when i reach the rollover around 1800. This fee is outragoues and telling you that canadian cant get check? i had one last year so i dont know why it wont work now.

how come SBR doesnt say a word??? how can you deposit by moneybookers and not been able to cashout that way????? from an A book

Apparently they are, they suggested Neteller to me but of course they would know that this is not an available option for Canadians, Neteller does not allow gambling transactions for Canadians.

OK, looks like I have a withdrawal pending once again.

By FREE CHECK!

Apparently I was mis-informed when they told me the only option for CANADIANS was W U for $1500 max with a $109 fee...

Once I actually get the money, I will post more info here for other Canadians that replied to this thread and are worried about this situation.

Apparently the info I was given by Legends support at the time I originally tried to cash out was false.

Canadians CAN get 1 withdrawal per calendar month via CHECK.

AND apparently Moneybookers SHOULD be available for withdrawals if we deposited that way, and since they are not, we should get free withdrawal options via P2P as well.

I'm not sure why I was told incorrect info, but I saved the emails and sent them to Legends and i guess its under investigation.

I received the following PM after I started this thread.

Canadians having problems withdrawing funds similar to what I experienced should contact this person, she was very helpful straightening this all out: rachel@betlegends.eu

We do offer one free check per month to our Canadian customers and if you are on the MVP or Hall of Famer level of the Loyalty Program you receive two free checks per month.

Also, I'd like to apologize that you were initially charged a fee for the ** transfer as it should be for free since you used MB to deposit.

I appreciate that you had taken the time to address this complain on the board as it is call for us to go through our representatives and make sure they all have the same information.
