My verification documents requested from YouWin had total of 386KB(3 pics), that was some 2 months ago, so this is ridiculous excuse.
Unreliable book, I keep my balance low there.

Hi,

I have an almost identical problem to Shari91 - the only difference is that I haven't actually asked them to close the account as yet (there is currently an investigation running on a match that I bet on and won, so need to await the outcome).

I'm trying to figure out a way to get my money out (around £600) - just wondered if you have had any joy with your dispute yet.
